What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pressure Washing Technician position at Ward's Pressure Washing?
The Ward’s Pressure Washing team is looking for a dependable, positive, and upbeat team member to pressure wash. This position will also assist in other porter and cleaning duties when not pressure washing to fill their 40-hour work week. Valid driver’s license required. Looking for long term employees to evolve with the company.
Experience not necessary, willing to train on all aspects of pressure washing, degreasing, and other services provided. Candidate needs to be 25 years old or older.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Must have clean record ( we do background checks)
- Operate commercial pressure washing equipment
- Good attention to detail, follow instructions as given
- Perform scheduled cleaning in a professional and quality minded manner
- Work with mechanical equipment safely and can troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Maintain and keep equipment in clean, functional order. Minor equipment repairs.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more, climb ladders, kneel/stand for long periods of time
- Timely, prompt. Excellent time management is essential
- Ability to work outdoors in all safe weather conditions
- Team Player that can also work independently and with minimal direction
- Able to work a flexible schedule
- Keep company vehicle, tools and equipment organized and properly maintained (Company provides all equipment.)
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Pressure washing exterior sidewalks, stairwells, garages, buildings, houses, and streetways
- Able to work some weekends

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
