What are the responsibilities and job description for the Telephone Interviewer position at Ward Research, Inc.?
- Resident of Hawaiʻi.
- Conduct telephone interviews using computer-assisted methods.
- Collect and accurately record data and responses from respondents into a computer system.
- Participate in paid training sessions to enhance interviewing techniques and data collection proficiency.
- Maintain a professional and courteous phone etiquette over the phone.
- For evening shifts: Monday, Tuesday, Friday from 4 PM to 8 PM.
- Saturday: 9 AM to 5 PM.
