Cleaning Specialist – Ward Village (Honolulu) - Full-time | Part time

All jobs are in Ward Village condos - no car, no long commutes, no equipment needed. Easy access via TheBus, and free parking available for drivers.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Experienced residential cleaning professional. Prior experience in 5-star hotels, luxury condos, or high-end hospitality strongly preferred. (2 - 5 years preferred)
- Knowledge and experience of doing standard, deep, and move-out cleans
- Reliable, punctual, flexible, and team-oriented
- Obsessive attention to detail (VERY IMPORTANT)
- Trustworthy, discreet, and respectful of clients’ homes
- Physically fit: able to lift up to 35 lbs, stand, stoop, and stretch for a shift
- Strong communication skills; English required, multilingual skills (Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Filipino, etc.) highly valued
- Great attitude, willingness to learn, and pride in making spaces beautiful
- Authorized to work in the U.S. Able to pass a background check. Applicants with a criminal record are not encouraged to apply

What You’ll Do:
- Perform detailed cleaning of luxury condos: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms, rooms, windows, lanais
- Care for fine finishes, appliances, and delicate materials
- Ensure spaces are spotless, welcoming, and serene
- Respect client privacy and property with professionalism and discretion
- Interact with clients, residents, and building staff with professional and kind communication
- Strictly follow hygiene protocols, SOPs, suggest improvements, and continuously raise the bar for service
- Take pride in excellence - every visit is a five-star detail
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
