Ward Edwards Engineering is seeking a project manager to lead various land development projects. Main Job Roles
- Land Planning/ Site Layout
- Review water, sanitary sewer, paving, grading, drainage, and erosion control designs
- Oversee stormwater models and calculation reports
- Provide technical engineering guidance and mentoring
- Manage project budgets and permitting schedules
- Supervise and develop a design team
- Lead communication with permitting entities, sub-consultants, clients, and contractors
- Prepare client project proposals
- Negotiate and secure client project contracts
- Forecast project workload for a small design team
- Deliver excellence and delight on client projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-Accredited Program
- Competent in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 6 years of relevant experience
- Licensed professional engineer
