Overview
Ward Communities is seeking a motivated, customer-focused individual with a passion for sales to join our team as a New Homes Sales Trainee. You will be working side by side with our Sales Manager’s through customer service, administrative tasks, marketing and other duties, as well as trained on how to manage the entire sales process from initial communication with the potential homebuyer through the close of Escrow. The right candidate will receive comprehensive training, mentoring and support to build their future designed with an ultimate goal of advancement to a Community Sales Manager.
This role is perfect for someone at the beginning of their career who is eager to learn, willing to work hard and motivated by the opportunity to build a successful career in the new home sales.
Responsibilities
· Showcase Homes: Greet visitors, demonstrate model homes and highlight community amenities
· Guide Buyers: Lead prospective buyers through the sales process from initial visit to closing
· Generate Leads: Utilize CRM tools, network and follow up on leads to drive traffic
· Provide Expertise and Guidance: Explain home features, site plans and financing options. Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve potential buyers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company.
· Develops and maintains good rapport with prospective customers, realtors and team members
· Ability to work weekends, evenings & some holidays is required.

Compensation
During training period - $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
After training period - Commission based compensation, the more you sell, the more you earn!
