WarCollar has an opportunity for a DOC Technician supporting a mission‑focused contract. This senior‑level role is ideal for an experienced engineer with deep expertise in CNO/CNE systems who can architect, integrate, and sustain advanced cyber capabilities across complex operational environments. You will lead system engineering efforts, design and maintain mission systems, collaborate with developers and operators, and ensure technical readiness for cyber operations.
The role requires a Top Secret (TS) level clearance.
This is on a funded contract, bidding on a specific Task Order.

Required Skills
The Senior System Engineer will have a minimum of five (5 ) years of experience in CNO/CNE engineering, including:
- Experience designing, integrating, and maintaining mission systems supporting cyber operations
- Strong understanding of system architecture, OS internals, and network protocols
- Experience with Windows, Linux, and mobile platforms
- Ability to perform system‑level troubleshooting, debugging, and performance analysis
- Familiarity with virtualization, containerization, and distributed systems
- Experience supporting capability deployment, sustainment, and lifecycle management
- Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior engineers
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
