We are seeking a full-time Optometrist to join our team at Warby Parker’s Boston, MA location. As an Optometrist, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality eye care and excellent customer service. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting eye exams, diagnosing visual conditions, and offering personalized recommendations to patients. You will also actively collaborate with the in-store team to enhance customer experiences and contribute to the store’s overall success in offering reliable and stylish eyewear solutions.

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree and a valid state license to practice optometry
• Proficiency in conducting comprehensive eye exams and diagnosing visual conditions
• Excellent patient interaction skills to provide a positive and professional customer experience
• Ability to collaborate closely with a retail team to support the store’s goals and initiatives
• Attention to detail and commitment to accurate record-keeping and compliance with state and federal regulations
• Time-management skills to handle multiple appointments throughout the day
• Basic familiarity with electronic health records systems
