Accounts Payable Coordinator

Warby Parker is on the lookout for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to play an essential role on our Accounting team. We need someone who pays sharp attention to detail, obsesses over expenses (down to the penny), and constantly has all information ticked and tied—an industrious individual who can ensure expenses are classified correctly, vendors are paid timely, and employees are reimbursed. What you’ll do:

• Work alongside the Treasury team to ensure all bank exceptions are resolved accurately and timely
• Own Expensify report processing and system setup, and respond to expense report-related employee tickets and emails
• Handle the issuing, monitoring, and termination of credit cards for store leaders and executives
• Set up and monitor all utilities accounts for our retail locations
• Assist the team in adding new vendors to Oracle, our ERP system
• Support the team with requests from auditors
• Work alongside your peers on the Accounting team to verify that invoices are recorded accurately in the general ledger
• Respond to external vendors and internal stakeholders regarding all invoice and payment inquiries
• Help with Accounts Payable-related projects and initiatives as they arise

Who you are:

• Equipped with 1 years of experience in an Accounts Payable position (or a related field)
• Proficient in Google Docs, Excel, and Coupa—Oracle is a bonus!
• Exceedingly organized and detail-oriented—color-coded spreadsheets make your heart beat fast
• Super-serious about your work without taking yourself too seriously
• A clear and prompt communicator, both in person and online
• Not on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

New York Pay Range: $48,125 USD - $55,000 USD
