Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the engineering and operations teams to develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Coordinate all project activities and ensure effective implementation of project plans while adhering to safety guidelines and industry regulations.
Resource Management: Efficiently allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements and optimize productivity. Monitor resource utilization and make necessary adjustments to ensure smooth project execution.
Budget and Cost Control: Develop and manage project budgets, closely monitor project expenses, and implement cost-saving measures. Proactively identify potential cost overruns or deviations from the budget and take corrective actions as needed.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders. Foster strong relationships and effectively communicate project updates, progress, and any potential issues or risks. Ensure client satisfaction by meeting project objectives and addressing concerns in a timely manner.

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary project team, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, provide guidance, resolve conflicts, and promote professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field. A relevant master's degree is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the oil and gas construction industry. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, codes, and standards within the oil and gas sector. Proficient in project management tools, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
