Wapsie Valley Creamery, Inc. is seeking Cooler Operators (Forklift Operators) for 2nd (3pm - 11 pm) and 3rd (11 pm - 7 am) shift. Cooler Operators safely operate industrial trucks to unload 700 lb cheese blocks from the line and stack them in rows according to shipments. Key duties include performing daily equipment checks, verifying inventory and adhering to safety protocols (OSHA), and maintaining accurate, organized inventory/shipping records. Must be able to work holidays and weekends. Compensation starts at $22.23/hour and increases to $25.52/hour after 2 years.
