Qualifications:

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
You must meet one of the following:
A. Degree: biological sciences, agriculture, natural resource management, chemistry, or related disciplines appropriate to the position.
OR
B. Combination of education and experience: Courses equivalent to a major, as shown in A above, plus appropriate experience or additional education.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-12 in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as:
- At least one (1) year of program management experience with rights-of-way (ROW), substation vegetation, danger trees, and ROW access road improvements; AND/OR
- Maintenance experience related to projects in the high voltage electrical utility industry; AND
- Required responsibility for one or more major phases of a formal program - project management, program support, reliability and risk compliance, and extensive experience in electrical utility field maintenance and construction work practices maintenance.
