Overview
Well established Property Management Company seeking a skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician for a 400 unit scattered sites property in Los Angeles, California. Must have general experience with plumbing, electrical, and can turn a unit.
Responsibilities
· Responds to work orders including following up with residents and management as needed.
. Completing unit turnovers
· Conduct maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical, and repairs as needed.
· Perform annual and other unit inspections.
· Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm. generators)
Skills
· Experience using hand and electrical tools for building repairs.
· Prepping, painting, plumbing, carpentry and basic repairs making units rent ready.
· Ability to read, write, and communicate with staff and residents.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
