About Wanta Thome Employment Lawyers
Wanta Thome PLC is a contingency-based employment law firm, named Minnesota’s Best Employment Law Firm in 2024 and 2025. We invest significantly in building a high-performing, mission-driven workplace culture rooted in enforcing employees’ rights, recovering every dollar our clients deserve, and holding employers accountable under the law.
Our team is united by shared values, transparency around KPIs and cultural expectations, and a strong commitment to outcomes, not billable hours. We take pride in the deep personal and professional alignment among our attorneys. We are seeking a Litigation Attorney who is results-driven, strategically minded, and aligned with our mission. This role is not about checking boxes or grinding billable hours; it is about using smart, efficient litigation strategy to build leverage, move cases forward intentionally, and maximize client recovery. The ideal candidate sees opportunity in every phase of litigation, from pleadings to depositions, and knows how to push cases toward meaningful, high-leverage milestones. We measure success by how efficiently you advance each case to its next leverage point, not by hours worked or motions filed. We work on a pod structure where each attorney has an assigned paralegal and case manager and is responsible for the pod’s revenue and expense structure.
We are a tech-forward firm and we use AI for all our core processes. We value strong ethics, cultural awareness, and client-centered communication. This role is well-suited for an attorney who thrives in a changing environment, is comfortable managing an active litigation caseload, prizes efficiency and is eager to grow with a firm that recognizes and rewards real results.
