TRANSPORTATION CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

Job description

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with drivers to successfully execute LTL pick-up and delivery.
• Follow pickups and deliveries through to completion.
• Problem solve as challenges are presented and provide updates to the drivers and internal departments.
• Identify additional freight opportunities with existing and new customers.
• Work to build and maintain long-lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• 2 years of strong transportation experience dispatching in a trucking environment.
• Ability to offer and receive candid feedback, always with positive intent.
• A great work history.
• Creative, strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle conflict.
• The ability to work with the latest technologies.
• Microsoft 365 experience with a working knowledge of Outlook and Teams
• Excellent communication skills.

Salary: $22-$26 DOE
