Qualifications
- Strong equipment maintenance skills with experience in maintenance & repair of manufacturing and facility machinery.
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance and industrial maintenance on production equipment and systems.
- Proficient troubleshooting skills to diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues in industrial environments.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably supporting industrial pumps or similar production equipment.
- Knowledge of safety practices, lockout/tagout procedures, and adherence to OSHA or comparable standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and equipment schematics.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with production, engineering, and other teams.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in maintenance, mechatronics, or a related field is beneficial.
- Capability to lift moderate weights, stand for extended periods, and perform hands-on tasks in a manufacturing environment.
