Production Team Member

Our Spray Drying division manages the complete powder production process — from mixing and production to packaging and shipment — providing customers with a full-service, turnkey solution and a competitive advantage in their market. 

Position Summary 

Works as part of a team to safely and efficiently produce, package, and prepare finished goods according to customer specifications and company standards. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to GMP and food safety requirements, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Supervisory Responsibilities 

• This position does not have supervisory responsibilities. 

Qualifications 

Education and Experience 

• High school diploma or GED preferred. 

• Previous manufacturing, production, food processing, or packaging experience is preferred but not required. 

• Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be considered. 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 

• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced production environment. 

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

• Basic math and documentation skills. 

• Ability to maintain regular attendance and reliability. 

Physical Requirements 

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. 

• Ability to frequently lift and move materials as required by production needs. 

• Ability to work in varying temperatures and production environments.
