Our organization is seeking a Packer to help us move materials from our warehouse to our various factories. The ideal candidate has experience moving materials of various sizes, enjoys a fast-paced environment and can follow detailed instruction sets. This position does require the physical exertion of lifting objects of varying weights and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Stack items neatly on pallets or onto shipping container.
- Knowledge of work flow.
- Possess good communication skills for internal and external customer service.
- Stand for entire shift, use manual dexterity to reach items, push and pull hand trucks, break down cartons, stack items.
- Be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Knowledge of data entry entry and shipping terms; ability to handle all types of computer reports.
- Can follow verbal and written instructions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $33,280.00 - $41,600.00 per year
