Quality Control Specialist
Lithia Springs, GA | Full-Time | Monday–Friday 7am - 4pm | Day Shift

What We're Looking For
- Experience working with electronics, electrical products, manufacturing, quality control, repair, testing, or technical troubleshooting
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
- Experience using SAP or similar ERP or database system for data entry and reporting

What You'll Do
Investigate Product Quality Issues
- Inspect lighting and electronics products for defects and performance issues
- Perform technical evaluations using test equipment, visual inspections, and diagnostic procedures
- Identify root causes and document findings accurately and on time
Drive Quality Improvements
- Create and maintain root cause and resolution reporting.
- Track open quality issues and perform thorough follow through
- Partner with Quality, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Service teams to improve product performance and customer satisfaction
