What You'll Do
- Measure, cut, shape, and prepare materials using hand tools, machinery, and power saws.
- Assemble, construct and install custom frameworks, walls, cabinetry, flooring, displays, and other interior finishes.
- Build and maintain trade show exhibits, showroom displays, photo and video sets, and vignette spaces.
- Support exhibit, set, and display installation, setup, breakdown, and transport.
- Contribute solutions that improve processes, workflows, organization, and efficiency.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company safety standards, policies, and procedures.
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of carpentry, construction, or fabrication experience.
- Professional background using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment.
- Proven ability to fabricate cabinets, walls, doors, frameworks, and other custom structures.
- Proven commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workplace.
- Positive attitude, commitment to collaboration and flexibility to changing priorities.
- Ability and willingness to sit or stand for long periods of time at work, and to lift and carry up to 50 pounds to shoulder height.
- Ability and willingness for overtime, including occasional evenings and weekends.
- Ability and willingness to travel occasionally to trade shows, showroom installations, and company events.
- Access to reliable transportation to work.
- Basic AutoCAD drafting experience is a plus.
