Wangard Partners is looking for an intern to support our marketing department. This position will work approximately 20 hours a week. Please apply through our website directly: https://wangard.catsone.com/careers/.

Essential Duties

  • Create and publish high-quality social content across established and emerging platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube/Shorts, LinkedIn, and new channel opportunities as they emerge), aligned to brand voice and campaign goals.
  • Produce short-form video content end-to-end: concept → script/shot list → capture (when needed) → edit → captions → publish (primary tools: CapCut and Canva).
  • Design on-brand social graphics, simple animations, and quick-turn marketing assets with advanced Canva fluency (templates, brand kits, resizing, collaboration, versioning).
  • Maintain and execute content calendars; draft post copy, hooks, captions, and hashtags/keywords based on channel best practices and audience intent.
  • Support content capture at events and on-site moments (photo/video), including quick edits for same-day/next-day posting.
  • Monitor performance and report learnings: track basic KPIs (reach, engagement, completion rate, CTR), summarize what’s working, and recommend optimizations.
  • Stay “platform-native”: keep current on trends, creative formats, creator styles, algorithm shifts, and emerging channels; proactively bring ideas and test concepts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and day-to-day priorities (creative requests, asset organization, file naming, and content handoff).
  • Use AI tools responsibly to accelerate ideation, writing, editing, and production—while ensuring quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.

  • AI tool proficiency (required): well-rounded, advanced working knowledge of tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, ElevenLabs (and comparable tools) to function as a force multiplier for ideation, scripting, repurposing, summaries, caption/SEO drafting, and workflow automation—while maintaining human judgment and brand standards.
