Bartender – Seasonal Pop-Up Christmas Bar (Russell, KY)

Employment Type: Seasonal, Temporary (December 8–21)
We're lighting up Downtown Russell with a high-energy, limited-run Christmas pop-up bar, and we’re looking for bartenders who can keep the holiday magic flowing. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a streamlined menu of five signature cocktails designed for quick execution and smooth service.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences in a high-volume, festive setting
- Prepare and serve a curated menu of five specialty holiday cocktails
- Manage service flow with speed, accuracy, and a positive, upbeat vibe
- Maintain a clean, organized bar area throughout each shift
- Handle card transactions responsibly
- Work collaboratively with the Bar Lead and fellow bartenders
- Support setup and breakdown before and after service as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Prior bartending or food & beverage experience preferred (but not mandatory)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-traffic environments
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Dependable, team-oriented, and comfortable taking direction
- Must be 21 years old
- Must be able to work evenings Monday–Thursday
- Must be fully available for weekend shifts (Friday–Sunday)
Schedule & Availability
This is a temporary 1099 position for the operational window of December 8–21.
- Weekdays: Evenings only
- Weekends: Full-day availability required
- Staff must arrive 30 minutes prior to opening and may remain 15–30 minutes after close
