Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to deliver outstanding customer service and enhance their overall experience.
- Cook on a flat top and a fryer with a limited menu of burgers and appetizers (only offer basic bar food).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling regulations.
- Monitor guest consumption responsibly, identify signs of intoxication, and implement appropriate serving protocols.
- Communicate with team members.
Requirements
- Availability for Sunday and Thursday nights is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize duties during high-volume periods.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events.
