Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Decatur, IL, for a Senior Account Executive. The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients by building strong business relationships and implementing effective advertising and marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, developing customized sales strategies, delivering impactful presentations, meeting sales goals, and maintaining regular communication with clients to foster partnerships.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development abilities, in both digital and linear offerings, including prospecting, lead generation, and relationship building
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Knowledge and experience with advertising sales and marketing strategies
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop client-specific advertising solutions
- Proficiency with CRM tools, sales software, or other relevant systems
- Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to work independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field—equivalent experience may also be considered
- Experience in media sales or a related industry is highly preferred
