Position Summary

We are hiring an Engineering Manager (Frontend / Full Stack) to lead the development of our control panel platform, which supports dashboards, reporting, metrics, budget and cost tracking, and evolution management. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with engineering leadership, mentoring a team of engineers, driving technical strategy, and ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable applications.

You will guide the team in designing and building responsive, data-rich interfaces, while collaborating closely with product, design, data, and backend teams to provide actionable insights to users.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers.
  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the control panel platform, including dashboards, reporting tools, and metrics visualization.
  • Ensure consistent frontend architecture, reusable component libraries, and maintainable design systems across all applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data teams to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences.
  • Drive integration with backend APIs, data pipelines, analytics systems, and cost/budget management tools.
  • Contribute hands-on to frontend and full stack development for critical platform features.
  • Lead performance optimization efforts for large datasets, interactive charts, and real-time dashboard updates.
  • Establish and enforce best practices for state management, code quality, testing, and CI/CD processes.
  • Facilitate problem-solving for production issues, ensuring reliability, security, and high performance of the platform.
  • Promote a culture of ownership, technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Participate in technology and architecture decisions, advocating for scalable and maintainable solutions.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience leading an engineering team, preferably in frontend or full stack web application development.
  • Strong expertise in React, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of backend systems, REST/GraphQL APIs, databases, and full stack development practices.
  • Experience building data-intensive applications, dashboards, and reporting platforms.
  • Familiarity with charting libraries, interactive visualizations, and real-time data updates.
  • Strong knowledge of responsive, accessible, and high-performance frontend development.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and agile software delivery practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional collaboration, communication, and team leadership abilities.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience building large-scale dashboards or control panels for B2B, enterprise products.
  • Expertise in TypeScript, server-side rendering, and frontend performance optimization for large datasets.
  • Familiarity with component libraries, design systems, and complex state management.
  • Experience with cloud-hosted platforms, distributed systems, and scalable backend architectures.
  • Contributing to developer tooling, internal frameworks, or frontend platform initiatives.
  • Experience scaling engineering teams and processes in fast-growing organizations.
