Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for residents
• Provide psychotherapy and counseling sessions to residents with various mental health conditions
• Monitor and evaluate residents' progress, adjusting treatment approaches as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical staff, social workers, and family members, to ensure holistic care
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of all clinical interactions and treatment plans
• Educate residents and their families about mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available resources
• Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and organizational standards and policies

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
• Proven experience working with individuals in a residential or clinical setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport
• Knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and crisis intervention techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
