Position Overview:
The BD Executive / Supervisor/Manager will focus on business development and client management, ensuring that our cross-border e-commerce clients receive the best logistics solutions.
The role involves identifying new clients, managing commercial relationships, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with operations to deliver seamless logistics services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential cross-border e-commerce clients in the UK/EU markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business.
- Conduct commercial negotiations, review contracts, and manage client billing and pricing agreements.
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth execution of logistics services.
- Track business performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to support management decisions.
- Stay up-to-date on cross-border e-commerce logistics trends and competitor activities.
- Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and business visits.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in logistics, international trade, or related commercial roles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; confident in client-facing situations.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple commercial projects.
- Commercial acumen and understanding of logistics solutions for e-commerce sellers.
- Able to work collaboratively across global teams.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin is an advantage for cross-border coordination.
- Valid UK work authorization/visa is preferred.

- Familiarity with UK/EU e-commerce markets is a plus.
