Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
- Accurately handle cash and process transactions
- Assist customers with questions about garden plants, agricultural equipment, feeds, and related products
- Multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace
- Work flexible days as needed to support business operations
Qualifications
- Positive and professional attitude
- Previous cash-handling experience preferred
- Excellent phone communication skills
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Willingness to learn — training provided
- Knowledge of garden plants, agricultural equipment, and feeds is a plus
- Ability to work flexible days
