We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Expeditor to be the bridge between our kitchen and dining areas. You will ensure every plate leaving the kitchen is accurate, beautifully presented, and delivered quickly, so our guests enjoy the best experience possible.

What You’ll Do

• Keep the line and work area stocked with all necessary items during the shift and restock at the end of service.

• Inspect dishes to ensure they meet our quality standards for accuracy, presentation, and temperature.

• Prioritize orders so food is prepared and delivered in the correct sequence.

• Organize completed orders in pivot point order based on seat numbers.

• Communicate special orders clearly to the kitchen team.

• Notify Managers, Servers, and Bartenders when an item is unavailable.

• Confirm all allergy orders with the kitchen and notify a Manager so they can personally deliver to the guest.

• Work closely with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to maintain smooth operations.

• Complete any other tasks assigned by management.

• Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality role preferred, but not required — we’ll train the right person!

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

• Attention to detail with a passion for delivering high-quality service.

• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.

• Must have reliable transportation.

• Employment subject to successfully completing a Background Check and/or CORI Screening.
