The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and team members and plays a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and positive experience. This role reflects and reinforces our core values — Be Positive, Be Value Added, Measure Twice, and R.a.W. (our founder's initials reflecting integrity) — through exceptional communication, accuracy, reliability, and a helpful attitude. The Front Desk Receptionist manages incoming communication, coordinates front office activities, and provides administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothly and efficiently. This is an on-site position.


Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors, employees, and vendors with warmth and professionalism, demonstrating our Be Positive core value.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment that is consistently Value Added.

• Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly, reliably, and courteously, reflecting a R.a.W. mindset.

• Manage voicemail and email communication with timely follow-up and professional tone.

• Communicate clearly and positively in all interactions, aligning with our Be Positive value.

• Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and calendar management with precision, applying Measure Twice attention to detail.

• Assist with document preparation, filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks that contribute to value-added efficiency.

• Support data entry and documentation tasks that require accuracy and integrity — Measure Twice to ensure error-free results.

• Uphold strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

• Partner with colleagues and departments to meet daily operational needs in a way that is consistently Value Added.

• Address concerns or questions from visitors and team members with empathy, patience, and professionalism. 

Requirements

  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.

• 1–3 years of administrative, customer service, or front desk experience.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer systems.

• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and customer-focused mindset.

• Strong multitasking and time management abilities.

• High attention to detail and organizational skills, with a Measure Twice approach to accuracy.

• Demonstrated reliability, willingness to support others, and alignment with company core values.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in receptionist or administrative support roles.

• Familiarity with multi-line phone systems.

• Experience in manufacturing, office, or professional services environments.

• Ability to adapt quickly and provide value-added support across a wide range of office needs.

Salary : $19 - $21
