As a Controller, you will oversee critical financial operations and support the organization's strategic decision-making. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, preparing budgets, and monitoring company financial performance. You will lead accounting teams, oversee audits, analyze financial data, and support strategic financial planning. This is a full-time, on-site role located in La Crosse, WI.
- Strong financial management, budgeting, and forecasting skills
