We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Seasonal Shipping Associate to join our team during our busy season, running from October through January. In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately preparing, packaging, and shipping customer orders. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, collaborates well with others, and takes pride in maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment in accordance with company standards
- Accurately label and document all outgoing shipments
- Operate shipping software and systems to process orders
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily shipping goals
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse or shipping experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping systems
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
