Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shipping/Receiving Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will manage the accurate and efficient movement of goods in and out of our printing facility. Your expertise in warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management will ensure seamless order fulfillment and maintain the integrity of our supply chain. Responsibilities
- Prepare, palletize, and label shipments for outbound delivery using proper packaging techniques to prevent damage during transit
- Receive incoming shipments, inspect for accuracy and damages, and properly distribute to the correct recipient.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), load and unload trucks efficiently
- Utilize warehouse management systems (EPMS).
- Coordinate with logistics providers to schedule pickups and deliveries while ensuring trade compliance standards
- Maintain organized storage areas through effective stocking, picking & packing, and inventory management practices
Skills
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (EPMS).
- Strong knowledge of shipping logistics, order fulfillment, and warehouse distribution processes
- Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Excellent data entry skills combined with basic math proficiency for accurate record keeping
- Outstanding customer service skills to communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors
- Experience in warehouse operations receiving incoming products. palatizing publications according to customer specifications and loading products as specified.
- Fed-Ex / UPS Qualified shipper a plus.
