As our Managing DVM, you'll take the lead both medically and operationally—guiding our care standards, mentoring associates, and helping shape our practice’s future. If you’re a confident, forward-thinking vet with a passion for surgery, dentistry, and empowering your team, we’d love to meet you.

• Full IDEXX In-House Lab Suite (CBC, Chem, UA, Sediment)

• Electrosurgery (Incoming!)

Essential Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to small animal patients

• Perform surgeries and dental procedures confidently

• Interpret diagnostics and develop treatment plans

• Build strong client relationships and foster team culture

• Maintain thorough medical records and ensure compliance

• Lead with integrity and inspire a positive, team-driven clinic environment

Requirements/Qualifications

• DVM from an AVMA-accredited institution

• Active Florida veterinary license (or ability to obtain)

• DEA license eligibility

• Strong communicator with a kind, professional demeanor

• Team-first leadership mentality

• Able to lift 25 lbs (with help for the big floofs!)

Pay Range

Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
