Loan Manager Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee the loan application process from start to finish.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory
- Mentors' assistant loan officer.
- Assess borrower creditworthiness through detailed credit report/ budget.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date loan documentation and records.
- Develop and implement loan policies and procedures.
- Provide training and support to team members on loan procedures and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues related to loans.
- Prepare detailed loan reports.
