What You’ll Do:

• Assist with preparing doughs, batters, fillings, and toppings.
• Operate basic kitchen equipment safely (mixers, ovens, scales, etc.).
• Package, label, and display baked goods for sale.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, storage, and service areas.
• Monitor ingredient levels and restock supplies as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Required Education: High School diploma or equivalent, culinary degree preferred
• Required Experience: 1-2 years of successful bakery experience. Homebakers are also allowed to apply
• Physical Requirements: Able to lift 60 lbs frequently, stand/walk 8-12 hours
  
  
  

Compensation & Schedule:

• Part-Time: weekdays and when events take place if bakery is involved.
• Must be available and willing to work weekends, holidays, late nights
• Hourly: $14 - $16 per hour, based on experience
