About the Role
We’re hiring CNC Operators for our 2nd shift in a fully air-conditioned, modern production environment where innovation and precision meet.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate 5-axis CNC machines in our Geometry Grind Department
- Support high-performance tooling production with precision and efficiency
- Apply your knowledge of basic machine maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Read and interpret blueprints and apply GD&T principles to ensure accurate machining and grinding operations
Qualifications
- Self-motivated individuals with a passion for craftsmanship
- Minimum 2 years of machining and/or grinding experience
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Experience in cutter grinding or tool making is a plus—but not required
- Familiarity with machine maintenance practices
- Ability to read and understand technical blueprints, including GD&T specifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in machining and/or grinding
- Knowledge of machine maintenance
- Ability to read blueprints
Preferred Skills
- Experience in cutter grinding or tool making
