Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, located on-site in Bethesda, MD. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and improving mechanical systems and building infrastructure to ensure operational excellence in a healthcare environment. Key responsibilities include creating detailed engineering designs, troubleshooting system issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. You will also participate in the installation, maintenance, and evaluation of facility systems to support top-tier patient care.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in mechanical system design, analysis, and maintenance
- Knowledge of technical drawing, CAD tools, and engineering software
