Responsibilities include:
- Create and implement project execution plans to optimize efficiency and successful delivery.
- Oversee preparation of construction deliverables and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Provide guidance on codes, design criteria, constructability, and software best practices.
- Ensure adherence to standard quality control checks and assurance activities, including design reviews and documentation checks.
- Mentor and guide team members on standards, processes, and quality expectations.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or a related field is required.
- Minimum 15 years of experience, including 10 years in Tekla steel detailing on complex projects is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong client-service orientation with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
