The ideal candidate is organized, positive, professional, and experienced in dental office operations, team leadership, scheduling, insurance coordination, and patient relations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the dental office
- Manage scheduling, patient flow, and office efficiency
- Support and lead front office team members
- Handle insurance verification, billing, and collections
- Monitor accounts receivable and office performance
- Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and office protocols
- Coordinate communication between doctors, staff, and patients
Qualifications:
- Previous dental office management experience preferred
- Knowledge of Dentrix or other dental software preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Experience with dental insurance and treatment coordination
