In This Role, You Will:Work in a beautiful, well-appointed showroom and interact directly with clients to design spaces that inspire and delight.Drive your business by making connections with clients in the showroom and through personal outreach.Partner with clients by listening to their needs, visiting their homes, and ultimately bringing their design dreams to life using our cutting-edge technologies and design tools.Have access to over 200 of the best brands in the industry, including Century, Four Hands, Bernhardt, Vanguard, Hancock & Moore, Baker, Rowe, Hickory Chair.Efficiently manage multiple clients and projects to meet or exceed monthly sales goals.Be supported by a dedicated team of client service, accounting, and delivery professionals.Compensation & Benefits:Paid TrainingUncapped Commissions (paid on order)Monthly & Annual Performance-Based BonusesComprehensive Benefit Package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance and more.Paid Time OffFlexible SchedulesGrowth Culture with Opportunities for Leadership AdvancementEmployee DiscountsCompensation Notes:Hourly for the first 4 months, with option to switch to commission soonerThen 100% commission, uncapped, prepaid at time of orderAnnual Pay Range: $45,000-$130,000 (Year 1 Average $51,000 / Year 2 Average $61,000)Average Commission: 7.55% (Range: 6.6%-8.7%)Job Requirements:2 years of experience in retail sales or interior design, OR a career changer with a passion for interior design and at least 2 years of experience in sales or a related fieldA track record of business success that demonstrates the ability to lead a sales process and achieve sales goals.A natural ability to engage, connect, and develop relationships.Someone who is highly motivated by commission sales.A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.Company DescriptionWalter E.
