Inside Sales Support- Data/Order Entry

We are seeking a career-driven, customer-focused Inside Sales Support to join our team. This role will serve as a key liaison between the company and our customers, providing assistance, product knowledge, and resolving any issues that may arise with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be genuinely excited to help customers, offer support to the team, and demonstrate patience, empathy, and clear communication. A successful Inside Sales Support can put themselves in the customer's shoes, advocating for their needs when necessary. They are confident problem solvers who will take the time to troubleshoot and seek additional information when needed to resolve customer issues. Our goal is to maintain high service standards, address customer inquiries efficiently, and ensure exceptional satisfaction by having the right people in place.

Responsibilities

• Manage key accounts such as Casinos, Schools, Office Buildings.
• Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve a high standard of satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer and account executives through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Handle customer issues, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Go the extra mile to engage with your team

Skills

• Proven customer service experience
• NetSuite Experience a plus
• Keying orders accurately
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer and sales orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Leadership and coaching skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High school degree experience
• Dependable is a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
