What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems
- Perform service work including leaks, water heaters, fixtures, clogs, piping, sump pumps, garbage disposals, and more
- Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings, options, pricing, and recommendations
- Install and replace plumbing fixtures and equipment as needed
- Maintain accurate service tickets and documentation
- Provide a clean, professional experience inside customer homes
- Maintain company‑provided vehicle, tools, and equipment in top condition
- Participate in training to continue growing your technical and customer service skills
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of residential plumbing experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record 21 yrs old per company policy
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
- A positive, professional attitude and desire to help homeowners
