Danley 911 is a trusted residential service provider in Monroe, NJ, specializing in electrical, generator, plumbing, and HVAC solutions. We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Selling Residential HVAC Technician to join our growing team. This role combines technical expertise with sales ability, helping homeowners make informed decisions about their HVAC systems.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Recommend and sell system upgrades, replacements, and maintenance plans.
• Provide clear, honest communication with homeowners about system performance and options.
• Collaborate with dispatch and sales teams to ensure efficient scheduling and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate service and sales documentation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to upsell or close service-related sales.
• EPA Certification required; NATE Certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
