We specialize in converting zero-latency markerless computer vision data into seamless heavy physical actuation. Our technology enables high-throughput fan interaction and enhances elite athletic training experiences. With a vision to redefine sports engagement, we merge advanced robotics with cutting-edge AI solutions to push the boundaries of possibility.

We execute relentlessly. In a rapid 8-week sprint, we went from initial concept to a fully manufactured, live-fire validated commercial MVP of our flagship soccer product, KeeperHero. Driven by our core platform engine (Waltair OS), we leverage a friction-less, brand-funded deployment model that completely eliminates traditional hardware customer acquisition costs.

Parallel to soccer, our tennis academy product (Wolley) is in its MVP stage and has successfully completed initial pilot testing with competitive high schools and academy players. We have developed and validated the foundational hardware and software architecture. While these core pieces are live and functional, they require professional refinement as we position the platform for massive horizontal expansion into sports like badminton, volleyball, and beyond.

We have perfected the physics, locked down an elite engineering pipeline, and built a validated multi-sport product ecosystem. Now, we need a commercial engine to scale it.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary Co-Founder & CEO to completely own our capital strategy, dominate the boardroom, and lead our fundraising efforts. The technical founder (25 years of enterprise architecture experience) will step fully into the CTO/CPO seat to dedicate 100% of his bandwidth to technical scale, supply chain refinement, and deep tech R&D.

This position will begin as a fully Remote role to maintain lean, capital-efficient operations pre-funding. Upon successfully closing our incoming capital tranche, the CEO will collaborate on defining and establishing our permanent commercial headquarters—transitioning the role into a hybrid arrangement out of an ideal location optimized for our global Go-To-Market scaling.

This is a true 0-to-1 co-founder opportunity. You will weaponize our existing MVPs, live-fire proof of concepts, and massive market tailwinds—specifically focusing on aggressive expansion across Major League Soccer (MLS) and the European football ecosystem—to capitalize a rocket ship.

Your Immediate Mandate

• Secure Footprints & Brand Sponsorships: Lock in pilot deployments and Letters of Intent (LOIs) with MLS/European stadium authorities, elite sports academies, tennis/fitness clubs, and global consumer brands. This commercial traction is our core fundraising engine.
• Own & Lead the Venture Raise: Weaponize our commercial pipeline to lead the charge on capital strategy. Refine our institutional narrative and leverage your network to close incoming funding rounds on the back of signed commercial partnerships.
• Scale the GTM Playbook: Transition Waltair from a high-velocity engineering shop into a globally scaled commercial enterprise.

The Ideal Profile

• The Capital & Commercial Rainmaker: You are a seasoned startup operator, founder with previous exits, or elite sports marketing executive with a proven track record of successfully navigating and raising institutional venture capital.
• High Agency: You do not need a marketing department or a structured environment to perform. You run through walls to get to a "Yes".
• Rolodex: An active network within venture capital, MLS/European club ownership, experiential agencies, or premium sports academies is highly preferred.
• Platform Visionary: You look at the intersection of robotics and sports entertainment and recognize a multi-billion dollar platform opportunity.
