 Responsibilities

• Manage the parts sales process from start to finish

• Communicate with customers and team members in a friendly and professional manner

• Provide timely and efficient updates on parts status

• Read and understand parts catalogs to locate specific parts

• Answer phone calls, provide price quotes, and assist customers with parts information

• Review body shop estimates to ensure order accuracy and pricing consistency

• Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers

• Pull and fill orders from stock, maintaining weekly bin checks for accuracy

• Alert the parts manager of any out-of-stock parts needing immediate attention

• Source and order out-of-stock parts as necessary

• Ensure internal parts requests are properly billed on repair orders

• Process retail customer payments or obtain credit authorization

 Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (auto parts sales experience preferred)

• Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills

• Ability to read and interpret safety and maintenance documents

• Ability to perform basic calculations (discounts, interest, percentages, proportions, etc.)

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
