Key Responsibilities

As a valued member of our BDC team, you will:

• Route calls to the appropriate departments or team members

• Provide friendly, helpful support to all callers

• Accurately enter basic customer information into our CRM system

• Assist with Keeping the BDC office organized and running efficiently

• Work closely with the sales and service departments to support customer communication

• Make outbound calls to bring business into our service department 

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a dependable and personable candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Ideal qualifications include:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or BDC role (preferred)

• Strong phone and verbal communication skills

• Basic computer proficiency (CRM experience is a plus—but we’ll train you!)

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
