Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver vehicles to customers professionally and safely
- Move vehicles between the dealership showroom, service department, storage areas, and pickup locations
- Maintain care and responsibility while operating customer and dealership vehicles
- Drive vehicles through the service lane, service stalls, and parking areas as needed
- Run dealership-related errands and off-site tasks when required
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, including checking fluid levels, fueling vehicles, and changing batteries when needed
- Retrieve and organize vehicles from various property locations
- Assist team members and departments as needed
- Cross-train in Service Advisor and Parts Advisor responsibilities with opportunities for career growth
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Professional attitude with strong customer service skills
- Positive, energetic, and team-oriented mindset
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and performing a variety of tasks
