This position is responsible to provide admin support in a high volume, fast paced environment for a variety of global projects, policies, and processes that enable a positive Cast/Employee experience including various Work Life Initiatives, TWDC Service Awards Program, and LifeCare offered from Disney Parks, Experiences and Products (DPEP) to TWDC Employees globally.

Responsibilities :
- Assist Project and Program managers with administrative and program-related tasks

Provide support to include the following:
- Utilize various systems including SAP, Workday, Microsoft Office applications
- Coordinate mailing or shipping needs when necessary
- Managing and answering high volume of emails
- Work with internal and external partners who support the WorkLife and Service Awards programs
- Maintain inventory of local service awards and pins distributed through our office; tracking returned awards, sending awards to the correct work location, etc.
- Conduct audits of process and implementation for accuracy, consistency and quality
- Ability to professionally interact with Employees at all levels through multiple channels (phone, Zoom, email, etc.)
- Leverage results of analysis to clearly lay out appropriate actions and recommendations for decision making / course correction
- Ability to clearly explain approach and methodology and confidently present to leadership to help influence change
- This role is considered hybrid, which means the employee will work a portion of their time on-site from a Company designated location and the remainder of their time remotely.

Basic Qualifications :
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools, including Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills to assure professional interaction with external contacts, internal partners, leaders and peers.
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Anticipates needs, takes initiative, recognizes challenges and proactively problem solves
- Demonstrates a passion for the Cast Member experience.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Able to take initiative and work independently under moderate direction.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting, pushing & pulling up to 40 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven strong background in analytical thinking
- Demonstrated computer proficiency with databases, macros and building/analyzing reports
- HR Experience, Guest Services experience
- Experience with SAP and organizational structure
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year previous Disney work experience
- Language proficiency in Spanish and/or Haitian Creole
Required Education :
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Bachelor's degree
