Job Summary:
As a Web Press – Bundler, you will assist other Press Operators in the setup, operation and maintenance of assigned press equipment to produce printed materials.
Required Systems/Applications:
- AS400/Monarch
Essential Functions:
- Set up, operate, and maintain the press.
- Web up the press.
- Maintain a clean work environment, cleaning ink fountains and surrounding area.
- Operate and adjust press stackers.
- Stack and organize finished products.
- Assist operators as needed.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow work instructions, job tickets, safety rules, and ship reports accurately.
- Ability to write basic correspondence through email or on paper to fellow employees and supervisors.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, use a ruler and calculator, and count.
- Effective verbal communication.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
