General Summary
Ace of La Crosse is part of a Family Owned and Operated business that has been in operating for over 100 years. We are excited to have a position available in our Store for a Full-time Office Staff member. This position will primarily be doing Data Entry. Other duties will include answering the phone professionally, office duties and little cashiering. The right candidate will be able to work independently and be able to multitask.
Data Entry
• Assist with general office tasks.
• Assist customers with issues with their accounts.
• Create purchase orders and receiving.
Work with ATF software to receive gun and ammo shipments for Sporting Goods
Customer Service
• Project a positive representation.
* Convey a positive attitude and professional phone etiquette.
• Project a friendly, outgoing demeanor; work well with customers as well as team members.
• Answer and monitor all calls and pages promptly, courteously and effectively.
• Communicate any problem or issue that requires management assistance.
Register Operations
• Follow all cash register transaction procedures.
• Adhere to any program or promotion that may require implementation at the cash registers.
Experience
Cashier experience preferred. Customer service experience preferred.
Physical Demands
Standing, walking, lifting (up to 50lbs) and climbing.
